Career Questions
Authenticx is an enterprise SaaS company, established in 2018 by Founder & CEO Amy Brown. It is a growing, fast-paced, scale-up that provides a conversational intelligence solution (this includes artificial intelligence, machine learning, and human listening capabilities) to revolutionize healthcare. We do this by analyzing millions of customer interactions to surface quantitative and qualitative insights at scale that improve the healthcare customer experience (CX) across the industry. We work with payers (insurance), providers (hospitals), and life sciences (pharmaceuticals).
At Authenticx, we have a growing workforce! We have more than 125 team members (Authentizens) and have a large local workforce, with about 70% of our team members in Greater Indianapolis and about 30% based remotely around the United States.
Most of the time*, the hiring process will look the same regardless of position.
1) Initial interview with Authenticx Human Resources (HR).
2) Interview with the hiring team manager.
3) Prepare for and complete an assessment of skills, such as a portfolio review, writing or design exercise, sales assessment, or presentation demo.
4) Interview with positional team members, such as the data science team for an engineering role.
5) If needed, another interview with the hiring manager or an executive leader.
*Note: All interviews are done virtually, with the exception of very few positions.
Once you successfully apply, our Human Resources team will follow up as soon as possible. This time frame ranges as the hiring team reviews applications. Once you engage in an interview, expect a follow-up response in 3-5 business days. Moving throughout the interview process should take between 3-4 weeks before an offer could potentially be presented.
Our teams are organized differently per department. However, most teams have a general structure of 1) An executive leader; 2) a manager(s); and 3) a core of specialists, analysts, representatives, etc. Since team size varies, once in the interview process, this should be described more formally, depending on the department in which the position is located.
If you have questions, please refer to the initial email received from the lead recruiter. This helps us keep track of how the process is going and ensures there is no lapse or gap in communication with Human Resources. Communication from the hiring team at Authenticx will come from an ‘@authenticx.com’ email address and through the Greenhouse.io platform.
