A top 10 Life Sciences company needed quick, real-time feedback after new FDA guidance was announced. The client wanted to know how patients and providers were responding.

Authenticx allows for leaders to stay current with trending topics and also increase speed to responding to market events.  After the FDA guidance was issued they were able to use Authenticx to know within hours what was being asked and create talking points to help agents address the changes in a timely manner.  

Results 

  • Action was taken within hours to identify and review what questions were being asked
  • New talking points were created to equip agents, with agent adherence to the call guide increasing to nearly 100%
  • Customer friction was mitigated below anticipated levels, with “concerns raised” decreasing 80% within six weeks
