Yes. Every organization is assigned a dedicated Project Manager as part of a broader Client Success team to ensure the platform is aligned to your unique goals and operational needs from the start. After launch, that team provides ongoing, hands-on support to help interpret insights, prioritize actions, and drive measurable impact. If you ever have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to your dedicated account lead at any time.

Over the course of an immersive in-person workshop, participants will learn storytelling principles by creating data-backed stories from the organization’s real customer conversations. You can expect:

  • To drive speed to action by addressing friction points as soon as they occur.

  • Expertly find and tell stories found in your organization’s conversational data.

  • Identify root causes that give clarity to trends, patterns, and data shifts.

  • Expand the power of insights generated in the Authenticx platform.

The Data Storytelling Certification is designed to help teams become confident, self-sufficient insight experts. Through guided training and practical applications, participants will learn how to interpret Authencix insights, connect data signals, and translate those signals into clear stories that influence decisions.

The goal of this workshop is to improve visibility across your customer journey with data-driven qualitative analysis of 1-2 individual patient journeys. It allows you to intuitively understand the customer experience and answer questions about the impact of different interactions within the same case. To have a successful workshop, consider these best practices:

Choose an Appropriate Research Focus: ex: Chronological impact of a process, therapy adherence, long-term impact of welcome calls, customer type profiles

Establish Your Baseline Requirements: Understand your data “forest”, select at least three months of calls, and include relevant calls made on the patient’s behalf, analyze chronologically prior to crafting the story 

Bringing the Journey to Life – What WORKS: Make it personal, connect channels to action, and remember that nothing replaces listening to the customer in their own words.
